Hello, I've created a business project in Jira and am adding tasks in the timeline view. Whenever I create a new task, it positions itself anywhere in the list, without any apparent reason. I want to order them according to ticket number but I can't see a way to do this. (There's no drag and drop; there's no 'order' button).
I've searched the documentation on timelines but it isn't mentioned. I'd appreciate any guidance anyone has :)
Hi @Stuart Rawlinson , the only way it can be achieved is by changing the rank of the issues on the Board view.
I agree you should be able to change the rank as well on the Timeline view though.
