How not to duplicate the imported issues?

In my project I have the X-1 issue. I export the issue and add a new one (X-2 in csv) then import the csv. After successfully importing it,  the X-1 issue will also be imported as X-3 (with all it's content).

How can I avoid this issue duplication?

If you include the issue key and the summary when you import your csv it should not create a new issue but update the X-1 issue.

Thanks, I didn't expected that Jira's only mechanism for identification to be the key
