How much time does it take to get the Admin account reactivated once I raise the support request?
There is no way we can answer this as this depends on Atlassian's support SLA especially if this is Cloud.
If it is for JIRA BTF then it is left to the Admin who has to perform the action.
I have raised a support request for reactivating the Admin JIRA,so that my team can access JIRA again. I can share the support request number if you want. This is on high priority.
