Hi, I have never worked on JIRA before, but I want to learn the tool help support my company on Cloud (SAAS) version. So along with the essential training, how many hours should I practically require to be prepared for the JIRA administrator exam. And what are the resources I will require for the process?
You've got some great insights from Alex and Trudy. Personally, I like the learning paths at Atlassian University. That gives you the learning path for many roles, including Jira Admin. Typically, you will find the prerequisites and a recommended order to follow the courses.
