Hello @Kalyani Banduji Kohad

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

We are a community of users, not the support team for Atlassian. You will need to contact Atlassian directly to get more information on the topics you've listed.

Note that Atlassian does not create backup of Cloud products that you could use to restore your environment. That is the responsibility of the customer. There is an article about how the customer can create backups here:

You may also find the information in their Trust & Security resources page helpful for information specifically about SOC 2.

Hello @Kalyani Banduji Kohad   ,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

As @Trudy Claspill has already mentioned the responsibility to back up Jira data rests on the shoulders of a user. Here you can read more about the Shared Responsibility Model

When it comes to backups, you have a few options:

- Manually export your Jira data. Note that if you need to inclide attachments, avatars, and/or logos, for now you can back up your Jira data only once per 48 hours.

- Use a third-party backup solution, like GitProtect backup and Disaster Recovery software for Jira Software, JWM, JSM and Bitbucket for their cyber resilience, security compliance, and instant remediation. With its comprehensive backup, security and access control measures proven by ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits, our backup solution helps ensure that Jira data can be accessble and easily recoverable in any disaster scenario - service or infrastructure outage, ransomware attack, human error, etc. Depending on the situation, you can restore your Jira data from any point in time, granualar recovery of only selected Jira data to instantly resume your work, Cloud-to-Cloud or Cloud-to-local restore, recovery to the same or a new account, restore to your local device or to a free Jira account with a no-user recovery option.

You can try GitProtect backups for free for 14 days, or you can schedule a custom demo to learn more about the solution.

Hope you will find my answer helpful,

Kind regards,

Daria
