I have a customer who is worried about their JIRA Data on their server instance if they ever need to contact Atlassian Support for trouble shooting. What policies does Atlassian Support staff have to protect their users data from a rogue Atlassian employee? What steps are in place to protect the customer from Atlassian's own support staff?
If your customer is on a Server instance, then we don't have access to your data, unless you explicitly provide it to us, either in the form of a Support Zip or as access to your instance.
