When I file support tickets with Atlassian, it takes my SEN and then shows me the awesome details about my license. How is this accomplished? It something like that available as an add-on? I'm looking for something that we can display that level of information with while pointing it at an external datasource and the existing plugins (Database Values and Database Custom Field) don't seem to have this level of polish and ability.

Lucas, the JIRA as a Support System article didn't provide any read details on how this might be accomplished. Do you know of any plugins that get reasonably close to this functionality?
