I was training new users today and noticed that when searching for issues, it defaults to the "Advanced" view. Is there a way to make sure this defaults to "Basic" since my users aren't aware of how to use the advanced search?
Thanks for the response. It's hard to pinpoint because I thought this was the case as well. I've even made a test user and seen it as basic by default. Though, I've had some users say that they start off in advanced mode when they log in the first time. I just wanted to confirm if it's an option somewhere or if it's user confusion.
