How do you measure KPI's and display them in JIRA cloud?

Hi All,

 

I was wondering how do you measure KPI's like adoptions or cost in you copmpanies within JIRA and how do you display the KPI status in JIRA? dashboard or something else?

Mostly dashboards, but sometimes reporting in Confluence instead (by pulling data from JIRA macros)

The main problem with KPIs in JIRA is getting a clear definition of what people want from them, and then implementing the right calculations.
