How do you make the Ready To Test column basically be the column for "Done" stories so that when the sprint is complete, the stories can be credited in the burndown and velocity reports?

We need to give credit for velocity and burndown for stories that are in ready for testing. When ending a sprint, is there a way to give credit even though stories are not in the done column?

Yes, in your board configuration, go to the "Column" tab, you just have to specify on which Statuses/Column that the "Resolution" will be set where the issue is ultimately considered as close (resolution has a value).
