How do you import data back into Jira 5.1.3

I am trying to import a backup back into Jira 5.1.3 but it shows up a little different than what I remember after I unzip the back folder I see 2 .xml files a "activeobjects" and "entities" which file do I use the "entities" is the biggest file.

Please copy the backup zip file into the import folder of your jira instance. In the import dialog fill in the name of your zip file and start the import. Don't extract the zip file! Jira looks for you into this file.
