How do you grant permissions in jira for zapier? Trying to integrate slack and jira together

I am the administrator for this account here- https://fuiszmediainc.atlassian.net/secure/Dashboard.jspa

However, zapier will not connect slack and my JIRA account. It's telling me I need to make sure my permissions are set correctly, as far as I know they are since I am administrator. Not sure how to connect the two systems.
