How do you get all the status in one dropdown for a particular transition. We are using the cloud.

we are using the cloud therefore the config files suggested in help on the C: drive will be unavailable

Hi @John Boswell

You'll have to configure your workflow to allow that status to transition to all other statuses in your workflow.

For example

If you want to see all statuses when your issue is 'In Progress' then you'll have to update and configure your workflow and add a transition from 'In Progress' to all other statuses that you'd like in the drop down.
