How do you enable e-mail logging for Jira version 3.13.2? Is this version capable of doing that? We had a period of time where e-mails were not being sent via Jira and our exchange administrator confirmed that there were no record of the e-mails. We would like to enable e-mail tracking so that we can verify that e-mails are successfully being sent by Jira. How do we do this?
