How do you activate a google user's account?

Hello,

How do you activate a google's user account? We've added a new user and they have tried to log into atlassian, but unfortunately they cannot login. On the admin page it says they while they are an added user, their account needs to be activated.

You need to add the user to a group such as users or developers just click on groups int the user management section. You will also need to make sure that they have application access for Jira / Confluence etc.
