How do we get to used jira for cybersecurity ticketing non-profit organization?

We are a non-profit organization situated in the USA. We are looking to use Jira as apart of our on-the-job training. We are not sure is the Jira team have provision for non-profits in tech for good. 

Please let us know what the process is.
