How do link confluence on demand to JIRA installation using https?

Hello,

i have conflunce on demand and jira 6.2 installation using ssl protocol

when i tried to configure OAuth from conflunce on demand to JIRA is is saying htat jira " is not registered as a service provider and "Confluence" (Confluence) cannot make requests using OAuth."

it request me for the following details:

Consumer Key, shared secret, request token url, authorize url

Can you please advise me how do i get the values for those fields?

Hi Danielo,

Thanks for your answer - we have mange to solve the issue - we needed to configure he certificate also on the load balancer

Hi Naama,

Is your JIRA instance accessible over the internet?

Unless the instance is publicly available, Confluence will not be able to connect to JIRA to create the reciprocal Application Link.
