How do i search for comments where @ was used to send the comment to someone?

Actually @user is transformed to [~user] 

Your best bet is to search such comments directly in SQL

as my above mentioned, search in the db if you can
table: jiraaction
filter: actionbody like '[~%]' 

like '%[~' + <username> + ']%' - I guess that is correct, agree?
