How do i limit the ability of user to only browse issues to assigned to them

In my current setup i am noticing that some users are browsing tickets not assigned to them and i would like to restrict the ability to see updates and comment on tickets that are for the assigned user and watchers only. Any idea's on the most effective way to set this up?

This widget could not be displayed.

Create a Security Scheme/Level and only grant the assignee of the issue the ability to see it. Also, make the "Assignee Only Security Level" the default level so it will be added by default. You can see more about this in our Configuring Issue-Level Security docs.
