How do i do a project with people from outside my organization?

Hi!

I need to do a project where people from outside my organization can update the issue's status.

Basically i need a project for server maintenance, where the maintenance guys don't belong to my company. So i need that:

  -  When i create the issue (automatically every monday) they get notified by mail (this step is done)

  -  Then they can change the issue's status via email

  -  And finally (if it is possible) they can see the status of an issue, and all other issues.

It's like a jira project but with people from outside my company.

They need an ID in Jira and access to it from outside your firewall. It doesn't matter they aren't with your company.
