How do i add a URL to the "Create issue" screen on Jira?

Iv been trying to add a URL to the create issue screen for some time now, and i have had no luck with it.

1. add custom field that is of type URL

2. you can create a "create screen" for the project in question and add the new custom field to it. If you already have a create screen OR you want the field to simply be on the default screen then simply add the new field to the screen.

1. If you created a new "create screen" then you need to associate that screen to the create action.
