I have clicked the Manage Add-ons link and get the page with the list of plugins. I click the Upload add-on link and get a dialog asking for a URL but there is no option to load a file from the computer (I have already downloaded the jar file for the add-on). This is very frustrating trying to navigate the JIRA dashboard!!!
