I'm admin.

Where do I get a link with which I can invite people to view all the tickets in sprint?

I need this to have an easy way to share tickets with freelancers and they can quote me an estimate.

Right now whenever I share them a link, it asks to invite to team. But I don't want ot invite them. I want an easy way to either share the tickets for sprint via link or export them in easy to view format.

I tried export via html and it's a cluttered mess.

There must be a way to simply let anyone view the jira sprint and tickets. How?

Jira pro account.

Hi @John ,

If you are open to using 3rd-party solutions for your case, our app Notification Assistant for Jira can help you with this scenario.

It comes with a feature called Send Email from Issue that provides you the ability to share tickets ad hoc.

Feel free to reach out if this interests you.

Hello @John

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

The only people that can view issues in a Jira Software or Jira Business project are licensed Jira users that have been granted access to the project(s) containing the issues. If you allow Anonymous access to your Jira projects then the issues could be seen by anybody on the internet that has or finds the right link, without affecting your Jira user license count.

Natively you can export the issues to different formats; HTML, CSV (which can be viewed in tools like Excel), Excel, and Word are a few of the format. The exported data can be sent to anybody, regardless of whether or not they have access to your Jira.

If you want to otherwise share information with non-licensed users you could look at third party apps that allow you to share the data without increasing the user license count. Here is a search from the Atlassian Marketplace that will help you find such apps:
