I currently have a filter setup to send out notifications to users about their tickets that haven't been updated in x-days. When I setup a subscription to send out to the users, I only see the option to send it to a group or to myself. I am not able to send it to a specific user. Is there a way to fix this so that I can send the reports only to the targeted user and not the whole group?
