How do I send an e-mail with all the issues included in a release after its deploy?

Hi,

Is there a way to send an e-mail with a list of all the issues included in a release without developing?

I've seen this post https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/53306/how-to-send-email-notifications-on-version-releasebut I'm not able to develop.
