How do I see JIRAs not part of linked to an issue type that's a high level feature?

I'm trying to groom by backlog. I want to see issues in my backlog that are NOT part of a JIRA that's a high level feature. What's the best way that I can build a query in my agile board just to see these?

What's a high level feature?

Actually sorry, I should have clarified. By High Level Feature, I was just referring to a value in the Issue Type field in JIRA.
