How do I restore default incoming email server?

I removed my defalt email address (jira@mycompany.atlassian.net) from the email servers list in incoming emails. Does anyone know how to add it back?

Hey John, I think you have to raise a support ticket at support.atlassian.com (since this is an OnDemand instance), so that we could you help set up the default incoming email server again.
