How do I request a restore for my ondemand instance?

How do I request a restore for my ondemand instance?  We had an employee delete some information that is critical.

Hi Chuck,

A request can be done at support.atlassian.com by a Billing or Technical contact of the instance.

According to: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/Cloud/About+Your+Data

"Point in time backups for your instance are taken every 24 hours for purposes of recovery from application failure. Backups are stored at a location separate from the data center. Use of backup data to roll back changes to application data is not supported."
