How do I reprioritize issues in Live Plan?

I'm running the new 1.12.3 version of Portfolio.  In the Scope view, I don't see the drag-and-drop are on the left side of the issues that would allow me to reprioritize issues.  What am I missing?

Figured it out.  It was sorting by the Title column.  Through trial and error, I discovered that the column headers are triple-state (ascending, descending, null).  Clicking it to a null state is equivalent to sorting by priority.

It seems like it would be vastly more intuitive if there were an explicit way to select priority sorting.
