Many of our data conversion projects involve the same steps (use the same workflow) from project to project. We presently have roughly 120+ projects in our system and I am looking to generate a report that tells me the amount of time an issue was in a particular status so that I can see the average amount of elapsed time that has passed since a task went from status A to status B then to status C and so on. Is there any way to generate this type of report or even the parts of the report that I can use to then aggregate the results?
