How do I remove Service Desk features from a project?

I have a project that was converted to Service Desk while we evaluated its features.  Unfortunately, Service Desk doesn't really meet our needs, so I need to convert the project back to an ordinary JIRA Software (Kanban) project.

 

How do I do this?

In JIRA 7, you can go to Administer>Projects and  choose Edit to the right of the project you want to change and choose the new project type (in this case, Software).
