I cannot figure out how to enable the "Comment Body" field in the drop down of the import wizard. It simply does not show up when I'm trying to map my fields.
I found the fields I needed by going to Administration, System, Import/export. I had been going to the top bar, Issues, then selecting Import Issues from there. Not sure why they are different at this point though.
