How do I preserve the email history when I copy in a new contact with Jira Service Desk?

When I add a new contact to an existing email thread, the new contact only sees the correspondence from that point onwards. They do not see the initial query and email correspondence that took place prior to that point. 

How can I add in the prior correspondence so a new contact can read this?

I believe that Zendesk has this in place.

By default, Jira cloud doesn't have a feature to copy the previous conversion of the ticket to the new user. However, you can achieve this using third party app
