How do I notify license expire prior to one month for all Atlassian software and add-ons

I am looking the best way to find the notification for licenses expire for the atlassian software and then installed plugins on all atllaissian products. Is there any way on it?

Can anyone suggest me on this.

Hi Omprakash, 

The best way to find the notification for licenses coming up on expiration is by having either the billing or technial contact log in to their https://my.atlassian.com account. This will give a full product overview of all licenses associated to this contact including expriation date. If you are curious about co-terming your licenses, you can reach out to our Customer Advocates Team to learn what options are available: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact.

my.atlassian.com will show the license information but I did not find any option for notification about the expiration and quantity. Do we get an email prior expire the license, if we are added account to atlassian billing or technical contact?

Named contacts should receive an email notification 90-days prior to expiration for server license. There is not a way to modify the notifcations, but all information is displayed within the account. If you have not recived a notifiation and you are within 90 days of expiration for a server license, our Customer Advocate Team can look into your account. Also, if you are interested in co-terming the license renewal date, they can provide you with options and more information.
