I have deleted projects and sprints and I am still exceeding the limit of the free plan.

To manage storage on a free plan, try the following:

1. **Check for Hidden Data**: Deleting projects and sprints may not remove all associated files (like attachments or logs). Check if there are any remaining large files or data that you can delete.
2. **Archive Instead of Deleting**: If possible, archive older projects or sprints instead of deleting them to free up space while keeping the data accessible.
3. **Reduce File Sizes**: If your projects contain large media files (images, videos, etc.), try compressing them or storing them externally.
4. **Clear Cache or Logs**: Some platforms store data like cache or logs, which can take up space. Clear these if the option is available.

Just as with choosing the right "droppskål för utomhusdel" for outdoor heat pumps, managing your storage efficiently ensures everything runs smoothly without exceeding limits.

Hello @Y

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Only Attachments are counted when considering your storage consumption. The number of issues, or projects, or sprints does not impact your storage.

You need to look at deleting attachments.
