How do I make subtask due dates visible from the parent issue view ?

According to the page pinpoint by Jobin, Advanced Settings seems to be not available for configurable on request. Check out the JIRA section in the page.

I quoted it just in case you missed it:

General Configuration options are available in JIRA OnDemand but Advanced Settings are not. External user management is also not available.

However, you can try out your luck and get a better assistance from the OnDemand Support team by raise a issue at https://support.atlassian.com

Thanks but I'm unable to access the Advanced Settings page to edit the value of the jira.table.cols.subtasks property. I am the administrator for our OnDemand JIRA instance. Is there some permissions configuration I need to have to get access to the Advanced Settings page? Thanks.

Hi there,

There is a documentation on this:

But for on demand instance, you might need to contact the support team to assist you from achieving that. Log a case on JST project and they will get to you soonest possible.
