I am trying to start a trial of Tempo Timesheets but my Atlassian Account isn't 'linked' to my OnDemand account and I can't work out how to do this.
This is the error I see:

I've checked the FAQs and it says 'we'll guide you through the linking process'. I really don't understand what is meant by 'we'. Am I supposed to call someone?
To add plugins to a JIRA instance, you must be either Technical or Billing contact of the same.
I would suggest you to ask your Technical contact to either register you as a Technical too or to add the plugin for you.
