How do I know if my JIRA instance can support secret/dark projects?

We will have dark projects that require NDA and need to be very secured and exclusive to only certain JIRA users. How can we ensure this is available in JIRA for workflows, projects, issue types, etc.?

Hi Ken, don't know abuot dark projects but in JIRA you have the possibility to make projects online visible for certain people. They won't even know the project exist with the correct configuration.
