How do I keep my confluence and JIRA Healthy?

Hi Experts,

Can you please advise how can I monitor if JIRA and Confluence are healthy?

For starts, maybe you might want to consider setting up some monitoring, like New Relic. We have done this for a lot of our customers and they like it. There are lots of other monitoring products out there; find one that suits your organization. 

Managed hosting is also a very good alternative to managing Atlassian servers on your own. We (AppFusions) offer this service and there are many other experts or data centers that do this. Check around.

Reason it is good is that it's like outsourced IT with niche Atlassian skills taking care of your servers 24x7, including monitoring and backups. Sometimes also includes upgrades which is a big help. But the main thing, your servers are managed at the performance level continually, not second priority to other IT responsibilities in your organization.
