How do I install add ons to my on demand jira and on demand Confluence

All I have are a few plugins available to choose from in the configuration menu of both.

I can see a lot of add ons that I can use in the marketplace, but I cannot understand how to install them in my on demand instance. Market place gives u options only to download.

Please help.

To add add-ons you can refer to this documentation. However, unfortunately you can not install additional plugins in OnDemand. You may want to refer to the Atlassian OnDemand Plugin Policy for further details. Also you could browse through the Restricted Functions in OnDemand.

Thats disappointing but good to know. Thanks for the links... Now I know I have to wait till mid 2013.
