Same as the answer over here - How-to-add-Due-Date-is-not-visible-in-the-backlog-and-Sprint .

can you share the source of your image with highlighted dates so that I can assess if there is some new capability that I am as yet unaware of?

Cloud Jira / in a project managed by a team, Due Date is automatically highlighted /I need it to be highlight as well, but in a project which is managed by company/there are more settings in the project managed by the company, and they definitely should be there, but I can't find it2021-08-25_13-59-51.png2021-08-25_13-54-47.png

Unless something has changed you cannot highlight the due date in CMP.

I also had the due date in a highlighted field next to the Epic in the backlog view and then it disappeared. How do I get that view back?

Hi @lisa.hamilton , just an FYI that posting questions in old posts often will be a dead end as very few people will see it; only those that previously engaged in the post. So it is good to post a new question if you cannot find the answer in previous posts.

With that said, can you please share more details here? What type of project, company or team managed? What view are you looking at., backlog, List, Issues, etc. maybe share a full screen image. Generally you need to simply add the desired field to the view.

Hi, Jack. I did end up creating a new post. After I saw how old this thread was, I created a new one. There still hasn't been a real solution, except to call Atlassian Customer Service. The issue is that I had the view in my initial post for a few days, where the due dates were highlighted and were next to the status and priority level. The next day, this view changed and the only way to even get the due date back at all was to add it on the second line, below the title of the isssue. That view doesn't really work for me, because they are on different lines and they are not highlighted for being past due, coming up due or green for not quite due yet.
