How do I give a project Admin permission to edit their project's Issue's drop down menu? Edited

I can edit the menu as a system admin. But we would like to have 'project admin' that can make changes to just their project's screens & fields.  I'm using JIRA server.

Thank you

Hi @LaTonya Pearson

You have to give access to the user in Project premission for admin

go to project setting- permission- edit and give project admin permission and as well as you can give any permission which you required.
