How do I get to the administration interface in the new design

How do I get to the administration interface using the new interface? 
In confluence i can use the new search to find the admin feature "Users" for example.

Try typing “gg” on your keyboard when you’re not in a text box or anything.

As Boris said, pressing the G key twice is great if you prefer to stay on the keyboard and search for pages in Jira.

If you are looking for administration menus via your mouse cursor, it has moved to the left side of the page.  It is still a gear or cog icon though:
