I have installed the DVCS plugin and configured it. That whole process seemed to work well.
However, on our issue screens, I only see "All", "Comments", "History", and "Activity".
I've verified that the developer tools permission is set, and the permissions helper tells me that I do have the "View Development Tools" permission.
How do I get those tabs onto my issue screen?
