How do I get my custom fields to be to available for automatic assignment when creating post functions?

This is my first time setting up JIRA and I am having an issue with the post-functions. When creating post-functions, I don't see any of my custom fields available and I would like to automatically assign the tester to the current user. Is there a way to get the custom fields to be available?

Use the "Update Issue Customfield" post function from Jira Suite Utilities plugin.
