I currently have a maximum number of 10 users I'm allowed. I need to be able to have more user accounts for my version of JIRA.
I believe this may be a licensing issue, in that I need an upgrade, but I don't know how to upgrade the license.
I attempted to follow the instructions at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Updating+your+JIRA+License+Detailshowever I have no 'License' on my System page.
My question is as follows:
- If I need to upgrade my license to get more users, how do I upgrade my license?
- Can you provide a url to the licensing page?
- If I don't need a license upgrade, how do I increase the number of available user accounts?
