How do I get information on how many tickets assignees have completed in a certain time frame

I need to run a report for my manager that details how many cases my CSR's have completed in the last month, quarter, year, etc.

You can create a filter for the duration you want like this:

status changed to X during ("date1, date2)

Then use the filter in a pie chart gadget using statistic type as "assignee". Instead of status, you can also using resolution in the filter.
