How do I get an Atlassian OnDemand account?

I created countless Atlassian accounts for every sub-application in the last years and they all have been merged to id.atlassian recently, which is good. Despite all these accounts I can't login to this Jira:

Please login with your Atlassian OnDemand Account. I do not have one! I only want to report a bug and get in contact with the developers. How can I do that?

Hi there,

It looks like you're trying to get access to a different company's JIRA instance. Do you want to report a bug for JIRA, or one specific to Comalatech? For the former, you can use Atlassian's public facing bug tracker at, which is associated with your Atlassian ID. However, your Atlassian ID will not give you access to another organization's OnDemand instance; those are managed outside of Atlassian and for that access you would need to follow up with that company.

I suggest you to open a ticket on for ondemand project so our support engineers can help you with that :)
