Because filtering text email messages is much easier than filtering HTML messages I do want to force Jira to send all the email notifications as plain text instead of using the user preferences.

How can I do this with latest Jira 5.x ?

Solved: webt to Adminsitration > User preferences > picked TEXT, saved, and choosed Apply.
