Hi @David Bassein, if you're looking for the workflow changes on a specific issue, you can open that issue, scroll down to the Activity section and instead of Comments, select "History" next to the "Show:" option.

If you're looking for all of your personal user activity on multiple tickets and not just a single issue, you can click on your user Profile in the upper right, and then select "View all" next to the "Worked on" section to get a personal activity stream of what you've recently worked on.

Hope this helps,

Andrew

Thanks!!!  I couldn't find "View all" anywhere, or "Worked on" either, but when I clicked on Profile (in the upper right) all the history was immediately displayed.  Who would have guessed Profile?  Thanks for your valuable and prompt help!!!

Hi @David Bassein

Maybe this article will be helpful for you or others:

3 ways to see user activity in Jira

It describes two built-in Jira options and a plugin from my SaaSJet team. All those solutions show user activity in different ways.

1. "Activity" tab → Show History – good to check user activity for a single issue.

2. Activity Streams Gadget – is an interactive way to monitor team activity for a selected project, user or issue.

3. Issue History for Jira app is a Lego alike constructor to build a report tailored to your needs and get insight into team activities.

To track the changes made to stories in Jira:

1. Go to the issue you want to track changes for.
2. Click on the "History" tab on the issue page.
3. You will see a list of all the changes made to the issue, including who made the change, what was changed, and when it was changed.

To track changes to workflows:

1. Go to the "Workflows" section in Jira Administration.
2. Click on the workflow you want to track changes for.
3. Click on the "Versions" tab.
4. You will see a list of all the versions of the workflow, including the date it was created and any changes made to it.
5. Click on a specific version to see the details of the changes made to that version.

If you want to track changes made to stories and workflows over the past few days, you can use Jira's built-in auditing feature to view the audit log. The audit log captures all changes made to the system, including who made the change, what was changed, and when it was changed. You can access the audit log by going to Jira Administration > System.

I couldn't find "Jira Administration" anywhere, but the helpful answer from Andrew Zimmernam answered my question.  Thanks anyway.
