Hi @David Bassein, if you're looking for the workflow changes on a specific issue, you can open that issue, scroll down to the Activity section and instead of Comments, select "History" next to the "Show:" option.
If you're looking for all of your personal user activity on multiple tickets and not just a single issue, you can click on your user Profile in the upper right, and then select "View all" next to the "Worked on" section to get a personal activity stream of what you've recently worked on.
Hope this helps,
Andrew
Thanks!!! I couldn't find "View all" anywhere, or "Worked on" either, but when I clicked on Profile (in the upper right) all the history was immediately displayed. Who would have guessed Profile? Thanks for your valuable and prompt help!!!

To track changes to workflows:

If you want to track changes made to stories and workflows over the past few days, you can use Jira's built-in auditing feature to view the audit log. The audit log captures all changes made to the system, including who made the change, what was changed, and when it was changed. You can access the audit log by going to Jira Administration > System.

I couldn't find "Jira Administration" anywhere, but the helpful answer from Andrew Zimmernam answered my question. Thanks anyway.
